      Remembering dreams randomely after being awake?...

      So basically... I just layed there in bed for 20 minutes trying to remember a dream that had slipped away... and couldn't... so 20 minutes after getting up and walking around... a different dream comes vividly rushing back! What is up with this?

      I'm no hippie, but lucid dreams intrigue me.

      This happens to me alot. I will forget a dream because I have not written it down or told someone, basically reliving it helps me to remember. I usually remember these dreams in a few minutes (5-60 minutes, yes just a few ).

      it's very common. usually caused by seeing something that triggers a memory.
