      REM rebound help.

So I haven't slept yet. My plan, having stayed up all night the past previous night already is to also stay awake for all of this day and fall asleep later tonight around 10:00 (I'm trying to get my sleep schedule back to normal). Since I'm going to be doing this anyways, what do you think the chances are of me having a WILD or if not that, maybe a DILD due to REM rebound? I mean, if the rebound happens, then I could have a dream right away and try for the WILD and if I can't do the WILD (I've tried them before but I get frustrated 'cause nothing happens but a few times when I'm not trying to WILD whatsoever, I'm just super tired, want to sleep immediately, etc I've almost had them, ie sleep paralyis, shaking, etc) then a DILD could maybe also be a bit more likely to happen? Like, if I go to bed thinking of lucid dreaming, RCs, etc, the dream will happen more quickly so it could fresher on my mind. What do you guys think? Viable? And if so, any tips/suggestions on how to have the best success with it? Thanks.
