      Oceanīs Workbook

First Thanks Matte87 for this class and for the competition

Itīs time for me to start my workbook that hopefully will grow in time.
I should first introduce my experience with ld.

I found out about ld by looking at my grandfathers library and found a book that mentioned ld, and then I googled it and then interet shared itīs wonderful information resources.

Started my dream journal in 2009, and managed to have 2 ld, but they were extremely short and nothing to fancy but it still was my first ldīs but sadly after a while my interest for it faded away. But ld has always been there in my backgrounds thoughts.

Itīs first now that i take up my interest for ld again. But my aim is that i will keep my motivation high, and succeed in writing in my dream journal the year out. I recored my dreams with my phone in the morning then write it down in my computer. Cant wait to hopefully have like a 100 paged document in the end of this year.

The main reason that i start this workbook is to continually have a place where i could write my progress and make it more formal. I will only write my lucid dreams and progress, but dont worry i will not make it daily

Goals: Increase Dream Recall. When lucid Fly!

Welcome to class! You're welcome my friend.

Set up a few short term and long term goals you wish to achieve, this is the best way to keep motivation going. That and success. As long as you try hard, you'll see improvement. I'm afraid I don't have time to read and answer many workbooks lately, but I will try my best

If you have any questions regarding the competition or dreaming overall, don't hesitate to ask. Keep on dreaming!

Good advice Matte847, I now have some distinct goals.

To increase my chanses for lucidity I will try to do wbtb with mild or wild most weekens frequently
      on mondays,wednesday
,because then I am privileged to start school at 12.00 pm.
Thanks school for helping me get lucid.

      Week 1-2

Recall dreams or fragments 10 days out of 14.
4 nights should include atleast 2 dreams each.

      Week 3-5

Recall 6 dreams or fragments in a single night.
Test my wings and fly. Interact with a dc.
