      How can i wake up without moving?

      I would have to turn off my alarm which would require me to move! i dont want to sleep in too late and i wake up after about 8-9 hours of sleep naturally,,

      put an alarm that turns off automatically, like it just rings once
      Longest LD: 2 hours

      If you have an android phone there is an application called "Alarm Clock Xtreme (FREE)" there is a setting to automatically shut it off after so many seconds I think the least amount of time is 5 seconds.

      You could buy it but the auto-turn off feature is available in the free version.
