      hit with sp while moving!?

A couple of nights ago, i was trying to do a WILD. I failed, because i fell asleep and didn't hold on to awareness. Anyway, i had a dream, and after i woke up from the dream, i tried to move. I was in the middle of rolling over and for some reason i had my mouth open, and all of a sudden, sp kicked in. I wasn't expecting it, because i thought you had to be still for sp to kick in, but i was in the process of moving. I was caught there, with my mouth half-way open, in sp. I tried to use this opportunity to try WILD again, but the sp faded away and i was back to a normal waking state.

My question is, is this normal and has anyone else had sp to hit them while moving?

Oh yeah! My WILD technique involves movement and I often hit SP as I am turning over during my position change. It happens to me quite often and congrats on hitting SP. Since you had just woke up, it is most likely you felt SP and almost performed a DEILD. That is pretty comical that your mouth was stuck open during SP. XD

I thought having my mouth stuck open was kind of funny too . I thought to myself, "What an unusual position i'm stuck in." I hate that i missed a DEILD opportunity, but every failure is gained experience. Next time i won't be so surprised if i'm hit with sp while moving.

I have had this several times. At first it struct me as unusual, but then I discoveried the stop, drop and roll technique which uses movement to induce sleep paralysis. I am not really sure how it works though

I have had this too but I think sometimes I may have a FA and then dream I'm having SP. Is it possible to move at all during SP? Cause last night I had it and I was able to very slowly but surely bring my arm out from beneath the covers. Or was that just a hallucination?

      I'm not sure at all...
In 99% of my SP's i was able to move while in it...
Today i napped and had some SO FUCKING HARD SLEEP PARALYSIS experiences...
I remember that i tried to move...But i couldn't...When i tried to move...I felt my body rolling in my couch...Was hard to move...
