Thread: Curious as to whether anyone else does this

To do a reality check, I do something that can't be done in a waking state. Somehow I wake my physical body just enough for sleep paralysis to dissipate so I can feel the pillow and sheets around me, all the time staying in the dream state. Not really sure how I do it but after nearly 20 years of lucid dreaming, I was just able to do it one day. Since then I do it everytime as my reality check.

Anyone else doing this?
