I haven't thought of a meaningful name for this; but I was mulling over ways to get lucid last night (I didn't end up going to sleep) and I came up with this, sort of a WILD.

Imagine walking your normal path to say, school, work or some other place with a strong intention to reality check as soon as you get there firmly in your head. Try not to rush the journey, imagine walking just the speed you would in real life. If you are not dreaming when you get there, walk back doing the same thing and reality check when you get home.

I thought it would be easier to think of reality checking after a reasonably lengthy period from lying down to allow for the paralysis to kick in.
I'd think it is possible to just fade into the dream and actually be walking instead of imagining it, so when you get to your destination, you are dreaming.

I admittedly did try this last night without success, but then again, I didn't get to sleep at all so that may be unfair.
