Reality Check + Hypnosis Motion + Thoughts Induced Lucid Dream
I have used this technique by accident and it gave me one of my first lucid dreams! The technique is fairly simple to carry out (provided you commit to it) through 7 easy steps.

1)Perform reality checks throughout the day, preferably every 10-30 mins. I use the nose RC.

2)Before you go to bed, do another reality check and observe your surroundings.

3) Use the HILD technique and as soon as you finish, MOVE!!! ( HILD Technique )

4) As you make affirmations, make the affirmation to your subconsciousness that you will perform the RC you did when you start dreaming.

5) Move around for about 10 seconds while in bed.

6)Now simply rest, keeping your mind awake while your body falls asleep by thinking of what you will dream about. Any helpful affirmations that you make to yourself aren't recommended NOW, because of the chance that you will ruin the dream that you are thinking about.

7)Once you feel that you are dreaming (since your mind is awake) perform an RC! You should be dreaming and realize that you are dreaming therefore allowed you to lucid dream.
