      Is this considered a DEILD?

      Is this considered a DEILD?

I'm in a dream, but I don't realize it's a dream. I wake up, and then I realize its a dream. I close my eyes and try to go back to sleep, the dream appears again, and now that I know it's a dream, I'm lucid.

      Is that a DEILD?

Others can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that DEILD is when you wake up, but your eyes are still closed and you haven't moved at all. So that your mind is still using the REM waves as you try to re-enter the dream. So it depends on whether you moved after you woke up. If you woke up and moved your body around in any way, then it's a WILD.
