      That was very Mind Opening, how does this relate to Meditation if you don't me asking?

      Is the point of Meditation, is to explore our true selves?


      I'm not sure what to do with this new knowledge, I'm a tad bit confused.

      I realize now who I truly am, but what do I do now?
