A video on quantum physics does not explain or prove telekinesis. Why? Because it explains quantum physics, not telekinesis. Unless you can show me, with a credible source, that there is some practical application of quantum physics that can be used to perform or prove telekinesis, you have proven nothing.

Scientific method has nothing to do with this topic? How else are you going to prove telekinesis/pyrokinesis right or wrong? Well, the hypothesis that all humans have the potential to perform telekinesis or pyrokinesis is unfalsifiable. Because your hypothesis is unfalsifiable, it therefore cannot be proven by the scientific method, thereby destroying what little credibility you originally had.
