Welcome to DVA freems! So have you ever had any kind of lucid experience before, or have you just only recently heard about it? Only curious. Those are good reality checks. Make sure that when you look at your hands or in the mirror, that you really check for anything odd. Be really aware of everything you see or touch. That way, if you find yourself looking at your hands or in the mirror in a dream, you'll be able to reality check and hopefully lock on to anything out of the ordinary.
