      redeemer522's Workbook

I want to lucid dream because I want to try to get over some of my fears of social anxiety. Even though I am doing pretty good with that, I still want to get over my fears of talking to girls I like. I also want to do stuff and experience stuff I can't do in real life, such as fly or using a tunnel to fly through the center of the earth. I'd also like some cool adventures that feel real. That would be really cool.

      Reality Checks:

      -Poking finger through palm.
      -Read text twice.
-Closing one eye to see if I can still see my nose.
-Holding my nose and try to breathe through it.
-Try to mentally retrace how I got to a place.
-See if I can do magical powers.
      -Count fingers.

      Dream Signs

      Objects

      -my grandmother
      -one of my friends
      -a girl I have a crush on

Welcome, redeemer522! It's great to have you here. Your workbook is off to a strong start and you have some great goals lined up.

Also, a nice collection of reality checks! You totally just made me close one eye and check to see whether I could see my nose. (Spoiler: it was still there.)

There's probably only one major thing I'd want to ask straight away. How is your dream recall currently? Can you give us a sense of how frequently you recall your dreams? Also, I'm assuming that you don't have any previous history with lucid dreaming but let us know if I've got that wrong.

Anyhow, make yourself at home, keep us posted on your progress, and feel free to ask us any questions that come to mind. Next up for you... dream journal!

Hahahaha I did the same thing!!

Welcome to the intro class, redeemer!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
