I read your DJ from the other night, congratulations not only on the lucid dream (really your first ever?), but also on using the spinning technique to delay waking up. That's the second person today actually that I read about having success with spinning.

What was the amazing dream, the lifeguard one? Just curious, you don't have to dictate it here. I was just wondering because I was trying to keep up with your journal entries.
