      Alex's workbook. :D

      Short term goals:
      • Induce lucid dream 1 - 4 times per month
      • Stabilize lucid dreams
      • Maintain lucidity for bulk of dream
      • Fly! (In every LD I've had, I haven't had enough control to fly)

      Long term goals:
      • Meet dream guide
      • Have a successful OBE
      • WILD regularly
      • Full dream control

      Dream Signs:
      To be noted later

      Reality Checks:
      • Stare at hands (almost always have 6 fingers on one hand.)
      • Jump (fall as if low gravity)

      Induction Techniques:
      1. DILD
      2. WILD

Welcome to the class! Remember awareness is a HUGE part of lucid dreaming, whether it be DILD or WILD, so you should put some time into practicing that. We will have an awareness lesson up soon, but if you can't wait, there are lots of guides around! May I recommend either http://www.dreamviews.com/f49/all-da...gyoshi-113253/ or Puffin's DILD Guide - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views to learn about awareness if you don't want to wait.

I see you've already had your first lucids, so that's an amazing start. I hope we can help you progress! If you really want to get serious about WILD, you should check out the DVA's class on it, run by Sageous: WILD (Sageous)

      Welcome again, and good luck!

I sort of "glided" but still flew with little control. But I quickly lost lucidity but still flew while not lucid.

      Dream Signs include:
      Being in my high school
      Recurring dreams

Yeah that can happen. Actually I'm surprised at the level of control I can have in some nonlucids, or in lucids that become nonlucid. It's important to find that anchor to help keep you from slipping and losing lucidity. I look at my hands and touch things alot which helps somewhat.

      Dream Signs include:
      Being in my high school
      Recurring dreams
Cool! What are some of the recurring dreams?

Yeah, finding that anchor is what I'll be sure to try and do in my NEXT lucid.

And as for recurring dreams, this one I had where I flew began as recurring, but then I changed it as I became lucid. It's in my DJ as my latest entry. And then I have others as when I'm in school, or playing sports. I even used to have recurring nightmares when I was younger. But had no control to changed them!

Added Goals to my Sig, so now, I will have those reminders on each my posts.

Hope to get lucid again soon, it's been about a month or so. Once i go back to school, I'll be sleeping at a consistent time and waking up at a consistent time. Hope that helps out.

Also, my dream recall has been pretty poor. But I have had a set of recurring dreams where I am in school and I have I believe the same schedule each dream with the same people in my classes. Last night I remember having the second day of school, but I don't remember much but some hazy details. Like I said, my dream recall has been horrible recently...

Oh yeah, I'm getting enough sleep, it's just that my sleep schedule is basically ranging from 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM, roughly. But once school starts, I'll be more focused on a regular sleep schedule, from 10:30 - 6:30 each day basically.

And I suppose I'm a little anxious about school, because a lot of my friends were football players, but I only told a few that I wasn't playing it this year, so I suppose I'm anxious to see how they feel and what they say. I'm also maybe a little anxious because I have an AP US history course, AP Literature, and AP Calculus class. As a Junior. It is gonna be tough...

Oh wow, you're going from jock to brain? Sounds like you got a full plate alright. In terms of lucidity though, I'm sure once you get consistent sleeping habits back, it will be easier.

      AP Calculus, wow. I'm impressed

Believe it or not, I've been both freshman and sophomore year. It's just I'm gonna have to sacrifice this year for the good of the other. :p

But yeah, I agree. So, I'm gonna get a lot more practice in soon.

      Oh, and thanks.
