H-H-Here I go.
I'll be beginning with a simple dream journal at my bedside, as suggested by Vengeance and paige in my intro thread, to aid my recall. I'll add reality checks and dream signs when I start to notice some patterns.
Reality Checks:
-Pushing a finger through my palm
-Reading and re-reading text and clocks
Dream Signs:
-Characters from Video Games and Anime
-Babies (?)
Short-Term Goals:
-Decide upon a few reality checks - Done
-Start doing regular RCs when I think I am awake - I'm regularly pushing my fingers through my palm when I see something odd. I've yet to do this in a dream though!
-Notice two or three recurring themes/patterns in my dreams - I've found a couple, but this needs more work before I can mark it 'done'.
-Become lucid while dreaming
-Induce sleep paralysis
Long-Term Goals:
-Summon something small, like a key or a marble
-Small-object telekinesis
-Have a conversation with someone during LD
Even Longer-Term Goals:
-Teleport
-Fly
-Wield an elemental power (fire, lightning, etc.)
-Morph into an animal (preferably a dog)
-Create a personal space to regularly return to when I dream
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-None yet
Current Technique:
-Improving recall using dream journal
