i am new to lucid dreaming and have had only 1, i have been researching techniques for a couple weeks now and i am sure this academy will jump start my joirney into my conciousness!

reality checks- looking at hands
- "where did i just come from"
- pushing fingers through hand or object

dream signs- none yet

short terms goals- consistently write in a dream journal
- keep up with dream views academy

long term- study for school in a lucid dream
- have at least one lucid dream per week

lucid/recall history- none yet

current technique- DILD
