I agree MILD is a very good idea. Its also my favorite method so I will be starting it again tonight. What I am going to do from now on is do what I done before. Which is where I posted in here 'MILD - Day 1' etc. I will write times I go to bed and wake up, how many dreams I recalled, if I practiced awareness through the day and what I done with my MILD technique before bed. I found last time I done this it really helped me keep motivated and get lucid dreams. I can see my progress as well which helped a lot. So that's what I'm going to do again |
