Lucid induction practice last night. MILD as I fell asleep. Dreamt twice. Woke up at around 3:30 unintentionally and logged them in my DJ. As I was falling asleep i tried to combination MILD+WILD. Almost got hypnagogic imagery, but didnt quite succeed. Fell back asleep and remembered 2 more dreams. RC after watch beeped and trying to encorporate it into bells because my life runs of bells as I'm at school and am a waitress and the chef calls us into the kitchen with bells. |

RC after mum and dad considered actually allowing my sister to bring home potty lambs to stay the weekend. |

Remembered that last night, while attempting to induce HH, I requested my mind make a blue triangle and it worked, if only vaguely and dimly. |

Tries to mild last night. Repeating mantra and visualization. Got a bit off track and distracted, engrossed in the visualization. I also forgot to keep saying my mantra, as I almost fell asleep unaware, straight into deep sleep. I woke myself up about twice to continue visualization but forgot to keep repeating my mantra. Woke at 6:05am, recorded 5 dreams and fragments. Didnt go back to sleep, as my alarm goes off at 6:45 so I get up for school. |

Went to bed with the intention to MILD. Was so tired that as soon as I had completed my relaxation techniques, after reading through my DJ entries, I went straight to sleep. |

MILD last night as I went to sleep. Didn't incorporate relaxation element as I was already tired and from my previous experiences, this puts me to sleep earlier than I want to. Visualized becoming lucid in a current daydream and incorporated my mantra. My last thought before going to sleep was about lucid dreaming. Remembered 4 dreams. |

Mild last night. Focused on dream recall. Remembered 4 dreams. Keep waking up around 6am at the end of a dream and so is very vivid and easy to recall. Trying to work on increasing dream vividness and awareness. |

WBTB last night at 3:30 for 40 mins. Dreamt 3 times that I can remember in quite a good amount of detail. MILD as I went to sleep and WILD attempt and MILD after WBTB. No success unfortunately, but an attempt is an attempt after all. |

MILD as I fell asleep. Dreamt about one of my dream signs. I keep forgetting to RC throughout the day especially when I see a dream sign. My prospective memory isn't all that great. I'll start working on it. |

Half an hour nap before bed last night. MILD as I fell asleep. Visualization and mantra. Remembered 2 dreams, both of which had a dream sign in them. Also, in both dreams, I couldn't hear. Recalling more detail and practicing prospective memory techniques. We'll see how it goes. |

Didnt try to perform any induction technique last night. Remembered one fragment, one longer dream. Am currently getting sick and want to have the most amount of sleep so no induction techniques until I'm better. Been considering swapping from MILD to FILD or SSILD. Both look interesting. |

For the past 3 days my dream recall has begun to get steadily less detailed. I've also only been remembering one dream, quite apart from my average 3 per night. I've started self hypnosis for dream recall and even though last nights dream was short, I was paying closer attention to detail as I journaled it. Still aiming for at least one dream per night for a full week, haven't been able to achieve that as yet. Also, as I didn't have much progress with MILD in 2 weeks I'm going to be swapping induction techniques on the weekend. |
