Thanks, CanisLucidus! I hope that things work out that well, I'd love to be able to have more dreams with them in it.
A slight update to my reality checks. For those unfamiliar with tulpas, there is something known as "narration", which is basically a fancy term for talking to your tulpas throughout the day. It is supposed to do a number of things: build a connection/relationship between you and your tulpa, get used to speaking to them in your thoughts, and just giving them attention. However, sometimes I struggle to remember to do it. So one thing I've been using to remind me is a rubberband around my wrist.
Any time I look down at the rubberband and realize I haven't been narrating, I snap myself with it. Since joining DV, I've decided to incorporate it into my RCs. Each time I snap it, I'll also just do a general "awareness check" per KingYoshi's tutorial. I simply become more aware of my environment and myself and observe, looking for anything that seems out of place (or would if I were dreaming).
Playing catch up on my workbook entries:

I realized that I haven't been getting nearly enough sleep, as is evident by the first four times. So I went to bed much earlier than I usually do last night. Still no lucid, but I'm sure it'll help later on. Also, here's something very interesting that happened this morning when I woke up from my last dream (quoted from my dream journal):
"The last thing I remember before waking up was exceptionally creepy. I was dreaming that I was laying down in the same bed that I was actually sleeping in. There was a mirror on the wall next to the bed (it doesn't exist in my actual dorm room) and I could see a reflection of my own silhouette in it, but it was standing up, behind the bed. I asked it what it was doing, and it started dancing. I thought that was pretty cool, and I asked it to moonwalk. It moonwalked out of view, but then came back and stood in front of the mirror. Then it slowly reached down and started choking me, although I could see and feel no hand. I suddenly woke up, and it was so weird seeing the same room go from being covered in shadow to being lit by the morning Sun in less than a second.
I'm starting to wonder if maybe I was actually awake but in some kind of sleep-paralysis or something that caused me to hallucinate, because the angles, my posture, where I was looking; it was all the same."
