- pushing thump through my palm

Short-Term Goals:
-obtain lucidity to raise my self-confidence with LDing
Long-Term Goals:
-improve dream recall for at least 5 dreams per night
-improve clarity
-be able to have 1 LD per week
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I had 2 very short LD and one like minute long LD one year before while I was practicing LD, but I lost motivation when I had finals in my school. In the first one I lost lucidity after 10 secs. In the other one, when I recognized that I'm dreaming I woke up after like 5 secs.
In that 1 minute long LD I woke up in bedroom (wasn't mine) and made RCs then I managed to fly.
- My dream recall now is not very good I think. I usually remember 0-5 dreams per night, but it's pretty much random. I mostly remember 1-2 dreams.
