      Luciddreamer49's Workbook

      Reality Checks:
-Reverse RC. (Asking yourself what you were doing five minutes ago.)

      Dream Signs:

      Short-Term Goals:
-Increase DR to at lease one VIVID dream per night.
      -Become super aware.

      Long-Term Goals:
-Have my first lucid dream. (And many more of course!)
      -Explore my dreamworld.
      -Travel to my future.
      -Interact/ask quesions to DCs.

      Dream Recall History:
-My DR has never been the greatest, but if I keep practicing it'll get better. Right now I'm remembering one dream per night, not very vivid and some days I don't remember any.

      Current Technique:
      -ADA
      -DILD

      Lucid Dream Count: 0

When I was really focusing on dream recall with a journal and everything I could remember maybe two full dreams and fragments of another each night. I wish you luck with more lucid dreaming, I'm just getting back into this site myself. (:

Man! My dream recall sucks these last couple nights. Sorry for the boring workbook so far!

      Homework For Lesson I:

(√) 1. Start your own workbook thread in this subforum (here). See below for an example template.
(√) 2. Start a Dream Journal and record each dream.
(√) 3. Record the times that you naturally go to bed and wake-up, and list it in your workbook.
(√) 4. Do reality checks whenever you experience something weird throughout the day.
(√) 5. Write a list for why you want to lucid dream (for motivation), and plan out what you want to do in your next lucid dream.
(√) 6. Establish a night-time routine (Include reading your dream journal, making sure to leave your DJ open to a blank page for quicker dictations).
