New here, would like some help lol

A few nights ago, like 3, I had a dream in which I knew I was dreaming and had some minor control over it. It was pretty fantastic and I started to search the Internet to see how to provoke dreams like that more often. I ended up hear to learn that'd I'd experienced a lucid dream. I've read up on WILDing and dream spinning and such and was realy looking forward to trying it. I tryed to WILD with no luck and MILD to. It's summer and I'm 15 so fortunately I can try the best times to get lucid dreams. This morning I woke up and went back to sleep from 7 to 1pm trying the WILD techniques and MILD techniques with no success. I do begin to drift and think and see images and will often realize this right before I'm asleep and dreaming, but then they get stirred up and dissipate. Then when I finaly do sleep and wake up I only barely remember tiny bits of dreams and very few images. I remember them but I never feel like I'm actuly there. What I need help with is how can I preform RC's and look for dream signs if I don't remember my dream and can't control my actions and if I don't even realize I'm there???

Idk if any of this makes any sense at all but that's just what I feel like, and help and feedback is greatly appreciated because I definitely wanna try again tonight!

Oversleeping can be as bad for lucid dreaming as undersleeping, as it throws off your rhythm. My recommendation if you really want to wILD is to wake up early, then take a nap after an hour or two of being awake. Otherwise, try the DILD and WBTB techniques.

Dude, I also try mostly WILD teniques and if you only can remember bits and pieces of your dream start a dream journal to understand what i am talking about go to this link http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/tutori...reaming-99848/ this really helps. Also WELCOME to dream views and just keep practicing and if you feel like you do not like the tecnique you are using visit the tutorials section happy dreaming

If a man believes his dream is his reality when he wakes up is this now his dream or does he believe he hadn't been dreaming at all?
