Ok everyone. Hello I'm Secondsight. And I'm 14 years old. Would that change anything on my ability to lucid dream?? I just wanna make sure I get this right. Before you go to sleep you think "I'm gonna have a lucid dream. I'm gonna have one" And it's good if that's your last thought right? Or is it. "I will wake up and remember my dream?" Everything else I understand. I can't wait to experience one. It sounds great

No, your age shouldn't make a difference, we have members from 13 to 80 who lucid dream. Yes, what you are describing is sort of like MILD, it's the technique that I use.
