Hey guys and girls,
I just thought I'd introduce myself. My internet alias is Fox, or F (shortened from Fox Hound). I only today discovered that Lucid Dreams can be achieved. I've been reading up on the whole subject and I'm seriously excited.
I spent a fair bit of time trying to remember past dreams today and there are few dreams that I've remembered ever since they happened. However, from the depths of my memory I've remembered a DILD that I had around 4-8 months ago for the first time since that morning.
I have two questions. First off, have any of you been able to change your physical form while in a LD? The one DILD I remember is most bizarre. I had the appearance of one of my friends who's female and I'm male... I was simply walking around college but I vividly remember deciding where I wanted to go. I didn't have control over the other people but they thought I was her. If you follow me.
Finally for now, do drugs affect how often / capable you are of reaching a LD state? First, alcohol and tobacco but also weed*? As it's a potentially mind altering substance could it open your mind up to the idea of longer / more vivid dreams or could it weaken the ability to reach such a state? I understand that with drugs (legal or otherwise) it varys from person to person, but any info is good.
Cheers,
Fox.
* If drugs are a strictly no-go topic for these forums I sincerely apoligise and will remove the relevant references upon request (unless a mod does it first).
