      Post Frequency of dreams>.<

i was wondering as to how frequent i will have lucid dreams, i have had my first one about 2 weeks in - just after i could recall most of my dreams every night ( 3-4 ). So my first one was last night would it be dumb to expect one tonight?

Sorry, but epic fail. If your doing DILD than it will be COMPLETELY RANDOM.

Edit: Where do some of you guys come up with these crazy ideas?

Uh, what the hell? Stop misleading people.

There are several people on this forum who have DILDS every night. Completely random is a huge exaggeration. The more effort you put into it, the less random it becomes, obviously.

Back to the OP. First of all, congrats on your first lucid dream! Good job!

It's never dumb to expect success when it comes to lucid dreaming. In fact, that's exactly how you get lucid dreams. By believing that you can achieve lucidity, you'll also drastically increase your chances of doing so.

In fact, you WILL have a lucid dream tonight

      Welcome to Dreamviews iD4rKxx

It is certainly not dumb to expect to have one tonight. It's not like there is a limit like "oh, you had 1 lucid this week. no more until next week." A person can have lucids every night.

As for Mike, I'm not sure what your problem is but that was pretty rude not to mention wrong. I have had DILDs several nights in a row on multiple occasions. Although I didn't see the op mention a DILD anywhere.

There is--though I do not know how there is or why there is--a sense of infinite peace and protection in the glittering hosts of heaven. There it must be, I think, in the vast and eternal laws of matter, and not in the daily cares and sins and troubles of men, that whatever is more than animal within us must find its solace and its hope. I hope, or I could not live.
