Thread: i have trouble remembering dreams...........

i have been having trouble remembering my dreams latly so i have this huge gap in my dream journal, and i also keep forgeting to try to write in my journal. anyone have any tips??

i have had alot of reocuring dreams , i think they might be pert lucid....... when i have the same dream i say to myself in the dream "i had this dream before" and well i think i had the dream before or maybe i just think i did, i dont kno. Ive just now relized that i say that in my reocurring dreams. Do any of you think that it is part lucid???? i would really like to kno if you have reocurring dreams and some stories of them. Thanx!

There are different levels of lucidity. Sometimes you may have a clue you are dreaming, but you are completely sure. That is one example of part lucidity. You just create a scale on how lucid you think you are in your dream.
