      Trying wild/vild, where am i ?

Iam trying to do WILD/VILD at the middle of day about 2.00p.m.

Concentrating on my breath, thought stopping by method from astraldynamics -
(for example though is coming like "What i will be eat tomorrow" - cancel it at first letter so there is only W......) and also only observing thoughts.
And this is what i experience:
      1.Head pain.
2.Warm and heaviness in my arms and legs
      3.after 1,5 hours - nothing more.
No hypnagogic images, only pain in head and warm and heaviness in legs and arms and nothing more, maybe very little sleepy and difficult to explain where my arms or legs exactly are.
      Waiting more = nothing changed.
2hours passed by and nothing more.
      WHY ?
Imagined my dreamscene - nothing helped.
Trying to teleport to that scene - nothing.
What i am doing wrong ?

I dont hear any strange soud in my ears only birds (real birds behind window) mind did not switch to internal sound.

      Can you help me ?

There are a lot of posts that could answer your questions; try lurking the boards for a while, usually theres some solid information hidden away. I'll still help you out though.

Cancelling out thoughts I would say is counter productive; its showing your body that you are consciously aware of whats going on. Instead of cancelling the thought, try letting the thought finish, then proceed to maintain the blank mindedness. I never force thoughts in or out. This could be causing the head pain as well if you are focusing way too hard.

The heavy feeling you feel is not sleep paralysis. This is a normal feeling you get when you've laid still for a really long time. Its a warm, gooey, detached feeling right?

If you aren't seeing any changes after 30 minutes MAX, you're going no where. Try changing something up; insanity is trying the same thing expecting different results.

Your teleporting and imagining dreamscene aren't working because you are too awake and aware of your external senses. Your brain only paints these images if you are asleep. You need to be in sleep paralysis for you to be able to create and teleport into dream scenes.

The problem is you are laying still looking and waiting for sleep paralysis. This is an absolute No. Instead, you need to be trying to fall asleep. Lay with a blank mind and start to drift off to where little dream scenes start to pop into your head, like when you fall asleep. The only difference is that when you fall asleep normally, these images entrance you and before you know it, you wake up in the morning wondering when you actually fell asleep.

When you are WILDing, you need to hover around this thin line separating consciousness and unconscioussness. This is very difficult to do if you have no previous training in inducing / maintaining trances. Most likely you'll be mesmerized by the dream scenes and fall asleep. Amazingly enough, this is more progress than laying stil in bed for 2 hours.

If you start doing this right, you'll start to see yourself get entranced by these dream scenes, then suddenly snap out of it, realizing you got entranced. You just need to practice tons; you should be able to let these dreamscenes flow through your mind while you view them, but don't get entranced by them. Once you can do this, SP will onset amazingly easy, and the imagine / teleport technique will be far easier than you expect.

      Hope this helps.

but only one thing - this heavy and warm feeling in hands and legs (and this feeling that i can not say where they are exactly) starts in 5 to 10 minutes max.

Anytime. Just a heads up it will take quite a bit of practice to be able to maintain that trance state, so don't give up!

If you feel like you hit a plateau in your attempts, try meditating just before you go to bed for 10 minutes. This really helps with training the brain in controlling thoughts.

Believe it or not, this post/replies have been super helpful to me as well...
I have the exact same problem, however, I get the body rush/feeling, and hear noises...

Im getting better at getting deeper and controlling...

I had made a post touching a few of the same issues, plus other stuff... Thanks Rathez

The heavy warm feeling isn't sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis will be a sudden heavy rush over your body; it is very noticeable.
