Ok, don't hate, I'm 13. I know it's more common for teens and children to have Lucids, but I think I actually did it. I figured this out yesterday, and I said to myself, "I wanna try this, it seems cool." So, I guess I tried the, well, it's hard to explain. It was kind of like I asked myself if I was dreaming, and I found out something that was different, and I figured it out, but I don't even know if I felt that really, I think I might have dreamt that. I layed on my back, (which I heard helps) and I went to sleep, kinda I guess concentrating on the insides of my eyelids, and when I couldn't see that anymore, I just thought I was dreaming, and I was. I took control of it. It was like a first person thing that I controlled. I was walking around, and not in the dream, I felt excited. I guess I tried to jump and fly, and I got really excited, and I woke up (for real.) I was kinda mad, so I drank some water, and I went back to sleep. It wasn't very steady, but I liked the feeling of it. I tried it again, laying on my back and focusing on the inside of my eyelids, and it worked I think, again. I had a longer dream this time, and I'm pretty sure it was lucid. I got a weird feeling at the moment that I could no longer see the insides of my eyelids. Like a shiver almost, and In the second dream, which I remember more, I was with a girl and my friend, and I could mess with their minds, to make them do whatever I want them to do or whatever I want them to think. It felt really real, and I can remember like all of the dream. It was so vivid. It was so cool.
The moral of this story is, could this really have happened on my first night trying to have a lucid, and remembering all of that? Is my mind fooling me? Or could I actually have had 2 lucids in one night, and actually remember them, because I would like to continue doing this, and I want to know how to do it even more often if possible. Thanks! Any help is appreciated since I'm new here. Thanks in advance.
