perfect time to wake up for WBTB method?

some of my best dreams have come after i have woken up at around 7 and fallen back to sleep until around 11. So if i go to bed at around12:30 and wake up at 7... is this a good time to fall back for the WBTB method? are there lots of dreams that normally occur in this time?
I wander through the woods listening to the sound of nature. The sky turns red and opens before me. I realize that I must be dreaming... My adventure has just begun.

It would be hard for anyone else to answer that but you, because for the WBTB technique you would need to know your sleep schedule. The best time to wake up I think is right before you hit REM, which is about 7 or 8 hours into sleep. I hope this helps, and if I'm wrong I hope someone corrects me since I'm also new at this
Some nights I lay in bed, staring at the stars, and I can't help but think to myself... Where the fuck is my ceiling?

It's a question that is too complicated. As the first reply said: It depends on your personal sleep patterns, how tired you are, and many other things.
My ideal time is 6-7 hours in to wake up. But I can't just have a WBTB happen by doing it. I have to be pretty tired.

mine's after about 5 - 6 hours of sleep. This should be true for a lot of people, because that's one of the biggest REM windows. I'm not sure why it'd be drastically different from person to person unless you slept polyphasically. Hope this helps!
