      Hello

      I came to this forum after I had a lucid dream just a few days ago. I realized I was dreaming when I noticed that I was at a party with both my high school and college friends, who don't know each other. Unfortunately, I got excited and woke up immediately. After looking around here a bit, I realize that I had accidentally done a form of WBTB by going to bed early, waking up a couple of hours before I was supposed to, and going back to bed. Have any of you accidentally done this?

      I plan on working on my dream recall first. Wish me luck, and thank you for being such a help already!

      Sort of... The reason I got interested is, for whatever reason, about a month and a half ago, I was getting SP and False Awakenings about every other night. At the time I had no clue what was going on and what was happening. It was scaring the hell out of me, to the point where I never want to go to bed. Once I discovered what was going on, I cant get it happen on its own again. LOL...

      I get all bummed, cause I could have LDs every other night with absolutely no effort. Harrrr...
