      Help with WILD ?!

Every so often if I end up walking up in the middle of the night, ill try a wild,

ill walk around or read about lucid experiences for a half hour to and hour and then go back to sleep,

now after iv been laying there for a bit, i feel (quite suddenly) an amazing pressure all over my body, SP i suppose.

but after that point, the SP gradually decreases untill about a min later where its completely gone.

now, is that feeling supposed to go away while trying a wild?

and if not, why are some reasons for this or something i can do to keep it there.

      thx in advanced

I get the same thing, actually. I can get to that stage alot, if I wanted to.
I get the same sudden feeling of pressure, but I think that this basicly jolts me awake and the feeling passes. I havent tried in a long time though.
So I guess you should somehow detatch yourself from feeling, from beeing excited that you're almost in an LD, trying to walk the thin line between waking and dreaming, trying not to fall to either way.

But perhaps, what you felt is the transition, and you end up in a hyper realistic False awakening. Do some RC's!
I dont recall me every doing one.... hrm, interesting. Why didnt i think of that before? So many potential Ld's wasted.

No its not sp its what I call it the numb stage i Had a wild last night and the best way I think is too loose consiousness by 1 degree and when you begin to feel the vibration regain your consiousness but stay calm and at this point youl hear some noise.. if you feel that the vibrations are gone its now time to try and imagine a landscape and hop your lucid dreaming... but remeber there is a billion way to wild youl eventually find the best way

1st of all, you did it! secondly, it is common to feel numb during this stage. Just be grateful you don't have to rely on this technique every night. Also, why don't you try physically & mentally struggling if it bothers you, b/c then you will have a very weird WILD that is similar to a false awakening!
