      Woke up In Night. Loud Sounds

      Yeah I had the weirdest thing happen to me the other night. I felt as I i suddenly woke up and I heard this loud high pitched noise which to me sounded like a bird. It made the same noise over and over again, but this whole time I didn't open my eyes I just lay their kind of looking at my eye lids.

      I woke up the next day thinking was i dreaming? Im so confused

      It sounds to me like you had a false awakening where it seems like you are in the real world but you are actually in a dream.
