      Unhappy A little help Please

Well I've started the whole lucid dreaming thing about 14 days ago.Had my first intentional lucid dream about 5 days ago.Since then i havent had any. The first one came about by me realising something was weird in my dream and i realised im dreaming.
I tried flying so i jumped up and floated down slowly this happened twice. After that i saw the dream fading and i woke up total time about 10 secs max. Since than I never had any.Last night i tryed wilding which made me feel very frustrated.I couldnt seem to
come right. I have been waking up at like 5am for the last few days for a snack and some prayers which we are doing for a month, i said this is the perfect situation since i'm sleeping a 11pm and waking again at 5am.for the prayers.which is about 5-6 hrs perfect time to catch rem sleep.
Problem is i cant seem to manage.(wild)This morning i got back to bed at 5:30am
Relaxing on my bed on my back,i closed my eyes relaxed my body and thought about nothing else but going into the dream when i saw it .i must have sat still relaxing for abot 1.5hours like that just relaxing my body and thinking about the dream.until i eventully got absolutly frustrated and fell asleep.funny enough i dreamt but i was not lucid .....i did however recall the dream.
what am i doing wrong and is this the best method for me to use.
Please help desperate for another lucid even if it is short as long as i'm making progress.

      Hey man...
      Look you've gotta be patient...
As you've said, you've only been doing it for 14 days...
Don't worry, results will come in no time..soon enough your number of Lucid Dreams will increase...
Don't give up and be patient...

I'm sorry, are you Muslim? I myself am and wake up at 5.30 as well
The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..
