sounds like you're well on your way, which technique did you use? |

So, I had my first "intentional" lucid dream a couple of days after reading about it and finding this forum. But then I did not have another one until last night, or so I'm assuming. It seems like I remain very calm for a beginner, almost indifferent to the fact that I am conscious about it being a dream. I find that odd. |

Haha good, good. It's a really exciting idea, lucid dreaming. |

I know, when you think of all the possibilities... |

The first time I became lucid I did a lot of spinning and I yelled "more clarity" quite a few times which seemed to work. But the second time I was just standing around trying to recreate the event. The two times I have became lucid have been when I was setting goals before I went to sleep. if WILD is what I think it is then my friend called me and woke me up, I just ignored the call, and when I fell back to sleep I immediately realized I was in a dream - but then I lost lucidity quickly. What is WBTB? Is that the one where you wake up in sleep paralysis then fall back to sleep? |

You wake up, and stay in bed, and sorta will yourself into a dream, its not hard at all. |
