New Here, Just an intro and some questions

Hey I'm Andrew, I'm new here, just making an intro thread so you can all know that I exist. Although an unlikely forum to come from, I've come from Facepunch.com. I've been interested in dreams and all sorts of unknown stuff for as long as I can remember. As a kid I used to have lucid dreams, but I couldn't control them. Anyway, I've been trying to lucid dream for the past few nights, but when I use the WILD method where I breathe in, count one, breathe out "I am dreaming" and so on, I start having those hallucinations. There all in audio form but they freak me out so much that I have to open my eyes. Is there any way I can get past this? Thanks for any help everyone.

Hello and welcome Well There is no way to get ride of this hallucination (as much I know). Just ignore them (this takes a bit practice) Keep it up !

In my opinion WILD's aren't for beginners I would suggest a DILD.

wow thats incredible that you already know how to WILD so well just try to ignore the hallucinations because once you get past those, you will be in a dream and be free to do whatever u want im jealous btw i cant wild for my life
