      An introduction from myself

Hello all, I'm new to the forum and very interested in lucid dreaming.

Tonight will be my first attempt at it, I'll be doing the CANWILD technique tonight so wish me luck.

Earlier today when I was browsing the forums, I found a separate area for private dream journals but I can't find it now. Could anyone please point me to that location.

      So yeah, wish me luck.

      No one?

Anyway, I gave WILD a go instead but it didn't work for me. I was in sleep paralysis and I felt like I was spinning and my mind had a mindgasm but I just couldn't enter a dream state.

I did have a non-lucid dream though and I can recall every part of my dream though which was quite different to usual. I'll keep at it.

      Welcome! =D

Have you ever had a lucid before without trying or knowing what it was? Either way, good luck with the technique, and be sure to report your success...I'm rather interested to know how well it works myself As for the dream journals, there's a link on the main toolbar, if that's what you were looking for.

You'll get it in no time =] Wilding is pretty hard to do, just keep practicing and try not to stress over it too much. I myself have only ever done maybe, two Wilds that I can remember distinctly. Almost all of mine are Dilds. If you keep up your recall you'll be having lucids in no time Good luck!

Thanks DR, I found it. It was the Waking Journal I was after.

      Is DILD the easiest technique?
