I finally registered! I've been browsing this site since february. After reading the main site, i've come to realize i've gained lucidity in the past before. I've been trying to gain lucidity lately and i've been successful 5 times as of now.

I'm currently planning on making a meditation cd, which may help me focus on gaining lucidity. I'm going to make several tranquil and ambient tracks on it. ( i'm going to play the new keyboard i just got for christmas...better sound quality for recording in comparison to my older one)

Does anyone practice any form of meditation to help gain lucidity?

I practive The Silva Mind Control method. It is a calming meditation and I feel relieved after it.
