I'm confused, HELP!

I;ve only tried WILD about 10 times now, but i need some advice.. when i attempt to wild, i can get to where i feel vibrations, and then i start to have trouble breathing, my heart seems to beat very fast, i feel a breeze across my face, then i start to see a bright light behind my eyelids, as if someones holding a light in front of my face with my eyes closed. this only seems to last about 20 seconds, then fades away.. ive tried to "roll" out of my body when this happens, but it results in failure, i dont hear anything, or see anything.. i have done some research which says that this usually leads to OBE's, rather than lucid dreams, either one i would like to have, but i cannot seem to get past this stage im at... can somebody PLEASE give me some advice? thanks,
