Best Method for abnormal sleep schedule

Hey everyone ( Thanks for all the help, I can really feel myself getting closer to LDing! )

      My question is:

My sleep schedule is pretty sporadic. Sometimes I go to bed at midnight, sometimes not until 2 or 3. I usually get up at about 6 or 6:30 ( I dont have to be at work / Tattoo Shop until 11, but I can't sleep in ( I like being up early )

Which method do you think would compliment this schedule? Im also new at this, so Im looking for a method thats easier anyways lol )

So far Im looking at :
      1: Mild
      2: Hypnagogic
      3: Visualization

Are these 3 methods effective, and pretty easy to attain LD with ( especially with a sleep schedule where I dont usually get more than 5 hours of sleep? )

      Thanks alot everyone CHEERS

EDIT: Screw it, Im going to bed now, it's about 8am, and I dont have any tattoos to do today! lol.. Think Ill try Hypnagogic this mornin.. I shall return
