There's a few troll-ee phrases in there, but assuming your concern is genuine...
As for the dream itself someone can say that it's your inner mind trying to communicate this or that, but IMO dreams are not a secret, encrypted communication from some annexed part of our brain. Obviously the whole gender issue is something you're feeling some stress over, something you're struggling with, so it's only natural that it pops up in your dreams as well. My advice would be to simply take the dream as a symptom of something you're mulling over in your waking life. A dream, sexual or otherwise, shouldn't be the determining factor in any liftsyle decision.
Nonlucid dreams can present strange circumstances. For example a blogger on Lucidipedia mentions having a dream where she was having sex with a four year old boy. I would not take that to mean she ACTUALLY wants to be a pedophile. Even if it was lucid you can get in a discussion about "dream ethics" and so on where you could rationalize it.
So...short answer; don't think that the dream is your subconcious telling you you're transgender. You were dreaming about something that you've been struggling with. But ultimately what you decide to do and how you come to think of yourself should be the result of your own will, thoughts and instincts, and not something that happened in a dream.
Hope that made sense.
