In a sense when u dream isn't it so said that ur brain is perhaps releasing subconscious worries etc. in a sense isn't taking control of a dream and then reshaping it sort of perhaps not letting ur brain do its job. The contrary side to this is that dreaming could be a sort of forgotten aspect of our cultures. maybe dreaming is meant to be more controlled but now days it just does its own thing because no one knows how to harness it? (except for lucid dreamers)

You are allowed to put all your questions in the same thread. With that said, a lot of people have demated that. In my opinion it is not an issue at all. Some people deemed to be "naturals" always have lucid dreams and there doesnt seem to be anything psychologically wrong with them. Lucid dreams still incorporate a lot of your subconcious into them. You cant possibly focus on and control every aspect of a lucid dream. The parts you dont conciously control are filled in by your subconcious just like a normal dream. I'm pretty sure being lucid wouldn't stop your mind from releasing worries or whatever. Even so, the average lucid dreamer has plenty of normal dreams as well.

No one knows why or how we dream.

"In a sense when u dream isn't it so said that ur brain is perhaps releasing subconscious worries etc."
It's been said, but never proven.

"in a sense isn't taking control of a dream and then reshaping it sort of perhaps not letting ur brain do its job."
No one knows why or how we dream. Remember that, Connor.

Although I do like that last bit, about lucid dreaming possibly being a lost art.

      ya

yeah i tend to believe that more, i just wanted to express the concern that i dont wanna mess with my psyche or something. But one thing (this is random) im realizing now. is I think I know what caused my lucid dream. I've said i experimented with shrooms and whatever. after doing that in a figurative way i felt like i woke up out of a dream that is conformity. I think sooo spiritually and free now like literally im sure jesus did shrooms. In a sense shrooms made realize that when ur trippin whats to say that the reality u came from is more real. what is reality. so i think this new type of thinking among other, are causing me to be more aware of my reality and surroundings. this causing me to not go along with a dream but to think inside it
