      Breathing

Ive been trying to WILD for quite a while and I've gotten to SP before but everytime i get excited realizing Im in SP and I breath faster, try to calm myself down with my breath, and end up loosing it. I was wondering if breathing faster and all that is a problem, because I use the nose in mouth out techneque I learned before learning about this site, and I get to SP that way. Or is it not a problem and by trying to calm myself down and my breathing Im looseing the SP? Please help!

Yea I think that could make you loose sp. I think changing things while in sp could affect it but I'm not completely sure. I was always told to just go along with what Is happening because nothing bad should happen.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

Yes, breathing faster makes your heart beat faster, which will keep you awake. Concentrate on your breath.

true but something I experience a lot is a change in breathing which I would say is normal, like you breathe when your asleep, sometimes it feels like im breathing faster but im not.

I like to recommend the Breath Mediation:

1st- Take a deep breath and release the air. Fill your longs until no more air can get in. Hold it for 3 seconds and then let it go.
2nd - Visualize a beach, write your name in the wet sand... while you do it, inhale.
3rd- When the waves approach, release the air, softly. Witness how your name is erased. Visualize the sound of the sea.

Repeat this process around 10 times. You breathing will be deep and calm now (like when you are asleep)

      I hope it helps!
Click the door... and welcome to my dream world!
