Welcome back! Just hand write a dream journal, that way, it wouldn't get randomly deleted, and you could put it next to your bed to write down any dreams if you wake up in the middle of the night. Also, keeping a day journal has helped many in their dream recall. |

Believe me when I say my mom is a creeper. What I used to do is as soon as I woke up was write a note in my iTouch of my dream and put it on the computer later. I prefer it that way because it is more organized. I'm going to try backing up my files somewhere other than My Documents because it's not safe anymore, aha. Thanks for the advice. |

My mom is a creeper. I know she would read it if she randomly found it, and my dreams aren't exactly always PG. I appreciate the suggestion though. |

Haha, well you could hide it somewhere she wouldn't ever look, and most dreams are exactly PG. You could call it a diary, but yes, a waking journal. When coupled with a dream journal, your mind would be used to the fact that it should remember what goes on during waking life and dreaming. |
|
Haha, or you could just use the notes on the iPod touch as your dream journal, and no problem. |
|
There is an app called Dream Journal - yes, that way - that does exactly what you want. |

I do use the program, and the program works fine but my files keep getting deleted. Thanks for the advice, I'll check out the programs. |

Hope you have many lucid dreams to come! |

It's nice to have you |

For me, it's best to focus on your general awareness. Check Puffin's DILD guide. |
