I find that doing RC's when walking threw a door or looking at my hands doesn't work at all for me. Never did. I go threw my DJ and look for my Dream Signs and highlight them all (As I'm sure everybody ells does) but I work my RC's around them. |

I've been doing reality checks throughout the day for around 10 days now, and it's becoming fairly habitual. However, I've noticed that often in my dreams, I see myself from a third-person perspective, or I'm not there at all. I'm concerned that this will make reality checking difficult and ineffective, since I don't usually have a physical body or senses to check with. Should I continue with physical RCs (I inspect my hands and the tattoo on it) or abandon them entirely in favor of strictly thought-based RCs? |

I am accustomed to sleep and in my dreams to imagine the same things that lunatics imagine when awake.

You can keep doing both, the more the better. I however do only use thought based ones, but everyone is different. |
