      SP pulse rate

      So I tried doing a WILD last night when I thought I entered sleep paralysis because my body felt heavy and sort of numb. It came spontaneously, not gradually. So then I noticed that my heart pulse rate increased dramatically. I tried to induce an LD by imagining myself in the environment I wanted, from feeling the breeze to walking around. I didn't work though and a wave of itchyness went about my whole body. So can anyone give me some tips on that situation and if the pulse is normal?

      What time did you attempt this? You can't WILD if you mind isn't ready to REM. Heart rate increase is normal.
