wild problems some noob questions

hey guys I am pretty noob at WILD i tried it a few times but it failed. I hope you can help me out with my questions 1.Does your whole body need to feel numb during SP because i only feel this on my hands.And only my hands really get paralised 2.I sometimes get some kind of overwhelming feeling and it feels like my body shakes and im about to fly off my bed and my eyes kinda open by themselves but i try to shut them 3. i hardly see Hypnogogic Imagery or patterns theyre not really vivid unless i don't count my breaths or somethin like that. When i let my thoughts go i fall asleep I'm really sorry for my bad english but i tried my best

1. Yes for me my whole body goes numb but I think it's different for everyone else 2. That's good. That means you're deep into SP and you'll enter the dream soon. 3. HI I wouldn't really pay attention to that, it doesn't really mean anything and that's not what you're after in the first place. Your goal is to just fall asleep, so ignore that. Your English wasn't bad at all, it was pretty good actually.

Don't try and close your eyes. Get an eye mask or something. That'll hold them shut passively for you and you won't ruin all your good work by trying to shut them. Your English is better than some people I know whom use it as their native language.

So many technical questions... in general, It's different for everyone. It may be you go into SP without noticing and your hand feels numb because there's a big cockroach sitting on it.

If WILDS fail I find the MILD technique to work well. I've only had one success with a WILD (but I must say it was the most vivid and believable dream I've ever had), but have had multiple MILDS while going to bed at night. See what works best
