      What i'm understanding so far.....

So i've been super aware of LD since about 4 days ago. That was when i had my last one, but it wasnt on purpose, so i decided to take control of my LDs and my search for power lead me here. And to this point i know that its "not goin to happen overnight" (pun intended)
But correct me if i am wrong, these are some of the newbie tips that will help me progress
      1) Dream Recall....CRITICAL
      2) Dream Journal...for every dream i remember
      3) Constant Reality checks....training the mind to do them automatically
      4) Patience.....

This much i do get so imma stick with it till i get it....But the one question i do have for the vets and any progressing newbies... How possible is it to do a RC w/o having lucidity???

Your points are very good, it is important to realize how critical dream recall is.

As for RC's, what you're basically trying to achieve is get yourself in the habit of doing them.
As soon as doing RC's become a habit, the chances of you performing an RC in a dream out of habit increase a lot.
      Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

Great steps, that's how it should be done.

Totally possible. RC without awareness is NOTHING. You must be aware when doing RCs, the movement alone will do nothing. I've done RCs while dreaming, I could breath for example, didn't became lucid tho.

Take a look at Puffin's DILD Guide. See the essence of awareness, you must be aware of your waking state, always looking for details that could sinalize a dream - doing this, you'll do it in dreams, too.
