I suppose you mean, advice and tips with remembering your dreams.
When you wake up, don't start doing all the stuff you do at morning, like dressing up, breakfast etc, don't move and try to remember your dream, then write down whatever you remember, even if it is something little like an emotion or a person.
Even if you don't remember anything, you should still write "I don't remember anything" or similar.
I have also heard recently that the way you wake up affects your recall. You recall dreams better waking up naturally, rather than waking to alarm clock, dog barging etc. Of course, this can't be helped that much maybe, if you need to wake up early.
