Hey, I need advice ! :)

I have my DJ and I write down my dreams once in a while when I remember it. Can you guys give me what I should do, advices and tips?

I suppose you mean, advice and tips with remembering your dreams. When you wake up, don't start doing all the stuff you do at morning, like dressing up, breakfast etc, don't move and try to remember your dream, then write down whatever you remember, even if it is something little like an emotion or a person. Even if you don't remember anything, you should still write "I don't remember anything" or similar. I have also heard recently that the way you wake up affects your recall. You recall dreams better waking up naturally, rather than waking to alarm clock, dog barging etc. Of course, this can't be helped that much maybe, if you need to wake up early.

This site and YouTube has a ton of tips on LDing, you can spend all day going over it all. Still realize that only some of it will work for your unique self. Good luck!
