      New here

      Whats the easiest way for a beginer to start lucid dreaming even for a fwe seconds. I know that none of it is EASY but what would be the best way for a newbie to start with?

      The first thing you need to do is to improve your dream recall. Start dream journaling every day! In addition to that, perform reality checks throughout the days. Question your surroundings, improve your awareness. Patience, consistency, and motivation is what pays off! There are plenty of good guides here on DV! Check them out!
